We will stop child abuse in the State of Nebraska within three generations.

I am a researcher. I documented a series of crimes against children committed by the State of Nebraska curing the period of 2013 - 2023 and have researched the On February 03, 2020, the State sought an order from then County Court Judge Kenneth Vampola, to suspend the custodial orders from District Court. VIP Founder Genesis Thomas was then detained by the State of Nebraska under Neb. Stat. 43- 247 3(a) in Violation of (1948) UDHR Articles 1-14, the particular articles associated with protection from political persecution by government. We are filing a 1983 action and are seeking a habeas corpus judgement from the court to resume the childs original custody arrangment, that the state has not met the statutory requirements, whether or not they can leverage a County Judge, and that the family is entitled to the full protection of the Nebraska and US Constitutions, the US Bill of Rights and The (1948) Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Human rights are protections from abuses by government. This section is focused on stopping human rights abuses against children. This requires pinpointing of the underpinning ethos which motivates it. We found that articulated nicely in Mother Theresa's brief to the US Supreme Court (1993)

The United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights is an international organization dedicated to the advancement of education, particularly in human rights, it provides training certification and organizes a number of conferences throughout the globe on human rights. Taking into account the CDC model, human rights cannot be protected without proper educational programming, therefore, I accepted an appointment to the USIDHR Regional Director position for the State of Nebraska, in February of 2023. I have been slowly building relations with various offices while we quietly attempt to organize Nebraska's First Annual Human Rights Conference.

As the USIDHR Regional Director, I am constantly looking for opportunities to educate the public through partnerships with various universities, community colleges or organizations, or churches.

Thursday, June 29, 2023 - a ruling protecting the (1948) UDHR Article 7 Equality Before the Law

This ruling protects an individual's right within a free society to be assessed strictly on the merits of their work, and for the court to set a precedence for that in law at the highest level. We expect to see a subsequent diminished return in all areas of activity for the compensatory practices of DEI and other subversive policies.

Friday, June 24, 2022 - a ruling protecting the (1948) UDHR Article 3 the Right To Life

This ruling removed a precedent at the federal level which impeded an individual's right to recognition, not contingent upon the specific acknowledgement of a singular and particular individual, of their humanity. We expect to see a further adoption of personal responsibility and respect fostered for the sanctity of human life.

Conservative values are underrepresented throughout the various sectors of the humanities fields, among others. When the polarization of academic institutions spills into the interpretation of law and/or bureaucratic facets of government, minute amounts of the population are at risk of being deprived of their freedom and liberties, as a result of standing upon principle, in the face of overt intimidation and fear mongering; the least of us protect the rest of us through sacrificial exhibition.

Genesis visits are suspended, and she is completely isolated from her support system, this time with a court order, apparently providing the legal cover necessary to indefinitely detain a child.

After refusing directions to withhold food and other support from the child, the father has attacks lodged on his character and reputation to diminish the weight and credibility of his complaints.

June 8, 2020

Genesis is taken to the ER with a laceration and her (BMI) is determined to be low by the attending physician, again I lodged my concerns with DHHS, directly at their headquarters.

Policy Director Steve Green said it was a violation of formal policy, that he appreciated the feedback and would look into the matter but was no longer employed by DHHS the next month.

Genesis is placed in state custody to supersede court orders by the District Court of Dodge County and the Nebraska Supreme Court, and I detailed to the social workers on my front porch exactly how they were endangering her according to all veritable best practices in the field and despite all of her relevant medical records indicating that not to be in her best interests. They acted indignant at the implication, gave no articulated justification when asked, did it nonetheless, and I was very clear with them about what the ineveitable outcome would be.
